Return Policy (USA)
We accept returns from the United States only.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Note: The return policy only applies to items purchased directly from our website. Items purchased through third-party platforms must follow the return policy of that platform.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached.
It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mhls.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Important: We cannot accept returns without prior approval. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective products: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, etc.): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Damage & Issues with Your Order
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Defective or damaged products: If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will either replace it or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect item: If the wrong item was shipped, we will send the correct product and cover any return shipping costs.

Exchanges
To facilitate a smooth exchange process, please first return the original item, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return is approved.

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
